        Position Type: Stipend, multiple positions available

        Position Hours: 10-15 hours a month

        Overview

        PoliChic Engagement Fund (PCEF), a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) organization working to engage Texas women in elections and issue advocacy, is looking for experienced and values-driven individuals to join our team as Training Facilitators. The Training Facilitators will be responsible for leading training and leadership development opportunities for PCEF program participants. The ideal candidates are goal-oriented, organized, and passionate about the values, priorities, and goals of the PoliChic Engagement Fund. The Training Facilitators will work closely with the Training & Leadership Development Coordinator and Program staff to plan and facilitate the Fund’s various training and leadership development opportunities.

        Key Responsibilities

        • Assist with developing training, workshops, and leadership development opportunities
        • Prepare session materials
        • Communicate with participants as needed
        • Facilitate sessions
        • Assist with developing surveys and other training assessments
        • Track attendance and participation
        • Perform other related duties as needed

        Qualifications & Requirements

        • Familiar with and connected to local community groups
        • Comfortable with public speaking and leading meetings
        • A leader with an intersectional lens for accessibility for all through transparency, honesty, and collaboration
        • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and tracks of work while balancing results, processes, and relationships
        • Ability to work with team members in-person and remotely, as well as to work independently and as part of a team
        • Strong verbal and written communication ability, attention to detail
        • Experience with Zoom, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, and SurveyMonkey
        • 1-2 years of training, leadership development, or teaching experience a plus
