Civic Girl Summer will provide young women ages 18-23 a premier grassroots leadership experience while exposing them to the key elements of organizing and democratic participation. Participants will learn through virtual and on-demand training sessions and get the opportunity to practice skills over a fun long weekend in Dallas, Texas! Civic Girl Summer will equip college and non-college women with the knowledge and skills they need to ensure their campus and communities are engaged and voting this November. Civic Girl Summer is centered around using traditional grassroots tools and tactics to adapt and engage a new generation. Each team will be a part of our statewide effort to build the most diverse civic infrastructure, led by Texas women.
